The E4 Championship will come to a close at Monza, with the three-round series featuring a compact and highly competitive format. Just nine races over the course of the season, leaving virtually no room for error for those aiming for the title. With three wins to his name and 138 points overall, Mercedes junior driver Kenzo Craigie of R-ace GP has been the revelation of the year and currently leads the standings ahead of US Racing’s Luka Sammalisto.
The Finn has 2 wins in the series and has also already been crowned Italian F4 champion with one round to spare and is just 14 points behind Craigie, with three races at the Temple of Speed ahead of him as he looks to claim a second title of the season and “unify the belts”, as Kean Nakamura-Berta did last year before him. The third and final driver in triple figures is Prema Racing’s Turkish driver Alp Aksoy, with 112 points and one E4 Championship win to his name. The standings remain close, however, and there are still many drivers who can mathematically challenge for the overall victory.
A total of 37 drivers are set to take to the track for the final round, representing more than 20 different nations. Among them will also be some new faces joining the battle for the season finale.

Prema Racing will field Brazilian Victoria Farfus, a 15-year-old driver already active in karting and with Ginetta, who has also been part of the F1 Academy test programme this year. Filippo Sala, a 15-year-old from Trento and a member of the Ferrari Driver Academy, will also take to the track with Prema, bringing with him an impressive karting record.
Trident Motorsport, meanwhile, will welcome Sun Yibei. The Chinese driver has been alongside the Milan-based team since the beginning of the year, taking part in an internal development programme.
The third and final round of the E4 Championship will get underway on Friday, 9 October, with free practice. Two 40-minute sessions will start at 8:30 and again at 12:35. Qualifying will take place on Friday evening. The first session, which will set the grid for Race 1, will run from 17:20 to 17:35. The second session, determining the starting order for Race 2, will then begin at 17:45 and finish at 18:00. The grid for the third and final race will be determined by the drivers’ second-best times across the two sessions.
On Saturday, 10 October, the action will get underway with Race 1 at 13:45. On Sunday, 11 October, Race 2 will open the ACI Racing Weekend programme at 8:30, followed by Race 3 at 13:40. All races will run for 30 minutes + 1 lap and will be broadcast on the Championship’s official channels, as well as across the extensive international broadcaster network that covers the Italian F4 and E4 Championship races.
